MOLDING LEAD OPERATOR POSITION
• Responsible for work orders and training on all mold jobs
• Responsible for production table set-up of small parts and small fixtures
• Responsible for communicating quality issues to supervisor and jot-stampers and guiding operators on the training and safety of production
• Responsible for production counts and scale weighing of small parts
• Responsible for relieving operators for lunches/breaks
• Proven track record of efficiency goals met on the job and/or an upward trend of learning different jobs and day by day improvement
• Positive attitude and willing to learn new things as well as follow instructions
• Understanding of QC check sheets and SOP’s
• Must have an upward trend of learning part production and procedures and production count procedures
• Able to communicate and understand count & defect entry
• Must have a proven track record of being 95% or higher on weigh counts and data entry
• Required to have the attentiveness to run parts without error
• Ability to have good communication with operators on counts and a proven track record of set up times met
• Must be able to troubleshoot effectively and guide personnel on safety and processes
• Must have 95%or higher on work order closing transactions and open order schedule printed for the week and communicated to operators

MOLDING MATERIAL HANDLER
- Responsible for the resin and parts required from work order on molding machines
- Handles resin changeover and cleaning procedure and includes dryer filter and hopper loader filter
PRESS ROOM MATERIAL HANDLER
- Responsible for the coils/metal/plastics & tubing required from work order on press machines
- Handles material changeover and cleaning procedure and includes dryer filter and hopper loader filter
ASSEMBLY MATERIAL HANDLER
- Responsible for the materials required from work order for assembly 1
- Handles resin changeover and cleaning procedure and includes dryer filter and hopper loader filter
MOLD SET UP POSITION
- Responsible for removal and setting of all molds and hot-stamp fixtures
- Responsible for production table set-up
MAINTENANCE POSITION
- Responsible for the scheduled preventative maintenance of all equipment, troubleshooting and replacement. Weekly maintenance schedule with time, labor and actual hours.
- Responsible for cardboard recycle, empty steel and trash bins
PRESS SET UP POSITION
- Responsible for removal and setting of all dies and benders
- Responsible for labor ticket transactions and work order quantities
PRESS OPERATOR
- Proven track record of efficiency goals met on the job and/or an upward trend of earning different jobs and day by day improvement
- Positive attitude and willing to learn new things and follow instructions
QUALITY CONTROL
